  1. Select your goodies, and choose your delivery date and preferred time (between 2 - 6 pm). Just make sure to place your order by 11 pm on Sunday for Monday delivery, or by 11 pm on Thursday for Friday delivery.
  2. We’ll text you a 30-minute delivery window the evening before delivery (Sunday/Thursday night).
  3. On the delivery day, we'll pick your items and deliver them to your door. Expect a text when we're on our way. 🚚

Free delivery on orders over $35. No minimum order, but there’s a $8.99 delivery fee for orders under $35.

Great question! We mark up our items a bit—usually around 10-25% higher than in-store prices. But don’t worry, we're all about transparent pricing. No hidden fees, no extra charges (no tips or service fees). What you see is what you pay before taxes. We make our money from the markups, so you can enjoy hassle-free shopping and delivery without any surprises! 💸🚚

We take the freshness (and frozenness) of your order very seriously. Our special coolers/bags keep everything chilled just right. From my previous venture, we've delivered thousands of packs of frozen food with 0 returns. 👍

Simple! We deliver to your door between 2-6 pm on your chosen day. You'll get a text the evening before with a 30-mintue delivery window.

On delivery day, we'll text again when we're heading your way. You can leave a bag/box outside if you want contactless delivery. Easy peasy!

Have any problems with your items within 7 days? No worries! You can return or exchange items on the next delivery day (Monday or Friday) for a full refund. Just email us at care@mokey.co, and we’ll sort it out.

Refunds are processed within 2 business days after pickup, and you’ll get an email confirmation. It may take 3-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank. 💸

We accept credit/debit cards for online checkout. Prefer to pay on delivery? No problem—We take Cash, Venmo, Zelle, or Cashapp.

Just reply to the order confirmation email with the names or links of the products you want to add or remove. You’ll get a confirmation email when you place your order, so make sure to check your spam folder if you don’t see it. 🛒✏️

If you live in a house, we deliver directly to your door.

For apartment complexes, we deliver to your apartment door for orders over $100. For orders under $100, deliveries will be made to the main entrance or lobby.
